Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging where applicable. Spore syringes and related products are sold for microscopy and taxonomy research only.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days at help@sporesource.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection.
Refund process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting help@sporesource.com. A 10% processing fee applies to cancelled orders. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
