About the Jedi Mind Fuck strain
Jedi Mind Fuck, or JMF for short, is a strain of Psilocybe cubensis with one of the most memorable names in the hobby. Its history is murky. The story most often told credits a hobbyist known as Myco Joe, also called Agar Joe, who is said to have worked from a wild sample found in Georgia in the early 2000s. Other accounts tie it to Z-Strain instead. Nobody has confirmed either version, so its exact origin is debated.
Collectors often describe JMF as larger than average for cubensis, with golden-brown caps. What Jedi Mind Fuck looks like
JMF caps run from golden brown to caramel. Young caps are rounded and flatten with age, and many keep a raised bump in the center. The stems are white to pale yellow and bruise blue where they’re handled. Its spores are dark purple-brown, like other pigmented cubensis, and they leave a dark print that’s easy to see on white paper.

JMF is often compared with Golden Teacher, since both are pigmented cubensis strains with golden-brown caps and dark spores.
