About the Gandalf strain
True Albino Melmac (TAM) is a mushroom variety developed by Jik Fibs through a cross of True Albino Teacher and Melmac Penis Envy strains. It is characterized by thick, bumpy stems and silver-colored caps. TAM has also been used as the basis for isolates such as Gandalf, MVP, Silver Surfer, and Pearly Gates.
